The “Ori-dem” Story
Ordem Insights was born from a desire to make data accessible, actionable, and impactful for organizations that often lack the resources of larger corporations. With over a decade of experience in analytics and insights, I started this journey by asking one simple question: What if data could truly serve everyone?
My career has taken me across tech giants, non-profits, educational institutions, and mission-driven organizations. I’ve had the privilege of working with industry leaders like Google and Pinterest, school districts striving to make a difference, and community organizations committed to equity and social change. Each role reinforced a passion for using data not just to answer questions but to tell stories, uncover hidden truths, and amplify voices that are often overlooked.
In tech, I honed skills in building robust data systems and delivering insights at scale. In education and non-profits, I learned the value of collaboration, working alongside passionate stakeholders to align data with their missions. These experiences instilled in me a commitment to responsible, ethical data practices—practices that prioritize equity, accessibility, and respect for the people behind the numbers.
When I decided to pursue solo work, it was to focus on what matters most to me: empowering organizations with the tools and insights they need to drive meaningful change. At Ordem Insights, I bring together years of expertise in data storytelling, operational efficiency, and real-time insights to help organizations of all sizes bridge the gap between potential and action.
Whether it’s helping a small nonprofit create an impact report for a funder or guiding a team through advanced analytics strategies, my mission is the same: to ensure that data becomes a force for good in every project I touch. I believe in meeting organizations where they are, building systems that are as accessible as they are powerful, and always keeping equity and impact at the forefront.
The name "Ordem Insights" draws inspiration from Auguste Comte’s philosophy of logical positivism, which emphasizes the use of empirical data and rational methods to create societal order and progress. This idea is echoed in the Brazilian motto "Ordem e Progresso" (Order and Progress), prominently displayed on its flag. Comte’s original maxim, “L’amour pour principe et l’ordre pour base; le progrès pour but” (Love as a principle, order as the foundation, and progress as the goal), encapsulates our mission to transform complexity into clarity, helping organizations achieve meaningful, measurable outcomes.
Ordem Insights represents not just my skills and experiences but also my values and vision—a world where data serves the many, not just the few. If you're ready to transform your organization's approach to data, I’m here to help you get started.
